Fix stale links and show accepted work
This update helps you find the right guide and see which work has proof. Good links save time. The Task Library connects each guide to checked work, so your team can see what is ready and what still needs a test.

What changed
Five visible links in the site delivery guide now lead to the maintained Content Factory guide and its four stages. The copied instructions use the same destination. The saved article and ordinary public page match the narrow change. The article was checked at phone and desktop sizes.
The library now separates accepted results from full guide verification. It shows four previously recorded jobs with accepted results, plus six older deliveries with checked outputs. Three of those older deliveries have acceptance for a stated scope; two have a confirmed handoff and one has a handoff still held. Counts of older jobs are deduplicated even when one job supports several tasks.
What the older work proves
Original email and project conversations were checked again. One recipient explicitly confirmed that site setup and editing access were received and that they would continue the work. That accepts setup and transfer, not every design detail. Another project conversation accepted specific navigation and editing changes. A separate article had publication acceptance but no confirmed receiving handoff. Private conversations and access details stay private.
Why full verification is still separate
A delivered result does not prove that a new person can follow today's guide without help. Older jobs also may lack a saved recipe version or measured checks. The new display preserves their useful proof while showing the missing tests. No rule was weakened to make a count turn green.
Root cause and fix
We reviewed more instructions than real outcomes, and the display did not make accepted work clear enough. We now show dated acceptance beside current guide checks. The publishing delay also came from treating a broader site-migration hold as a block on an approved article repair. We confirmed the live edit route and changed only the six matching URLs. The site's cache briefly showed the old article; the ordinary URL was checked again after it refreshed.
The article repair and new proof display are live. Independent source review, 224 tests, seven public ZIP checks and exact public release checks passed. The public dashboard was checked at phone and desktop sizes. This completed repair keeps older delivery evidence separate from current guide and beginner-use certification.
Next step
For the next already-authorized site, content or reporting job, save the exact guide, measured result and receiver's response as work happens. Start from the verification queue and close the next missing check. A separate first-use test will show whether a beginner can finish without help. This maintenance run does not create a client job or count a proof import as new delivery.
